For items that do not fall within the above categories (e.g. framed artworks, bulky or oversized lots), we will work with you to find the most suitable courier or shipping method.

Once the auction ends, you'll receive an invoice by email. To add shipping, simply click the request shipping option, and we'll update your invoice accordingly.

For items sold for a hammer price over £250, we take full responsibility for loss or damage during transit if shipping is arranged through NLB Auctions.
This is covered under our insurance policy (UK deliveries only, up to £10,000). An excess of £250 applies per claim.
For items under £250, while we cannot accept liability, we will assist in claiming compensation from the courier if shipping was arranged by us.*
If you arrange your own courier, NLB Auctions is not responsible for any loss or damage once items have left our premises.
We aim to dispatch all items within 5 working days of payment, typically on the Thursday and Friday following the sale.
Please allow up to 10 working days during busy periods.

Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.
We do not offer in-house furniture shipping. However, we work closely with trusted local and national carriers who will be happy to quote for delivery following the auction.
