Via www.easyliveauction.com : Set up an account and bid live online with ease. A 3% surcharge applies to successful online bids placed via easy live auction on all timed sales. Live Sales Attract Either; a 3% Online Surcharge, or a £3 Premium Registration This Will attract the Initial 21.5% Buyers Commission with no Further Charge
Easy Live Auction: Offers either a flat fee or commission-based bidding.

In Person

Join us in the saleroom on auction day by registering for either a one-off or permanent bidder number. Once registered, all purchases will be linked to your unique bidder number.
There is no additional charge for in-person bidding.

By Telephone

Prefer a personal touch? One of our team members will call you shortly before your chosen lot(s) come up and bid on your behalf in real time.
There is no extra charge for telephone bidding. For higher-value items (over £1,000), a refundable deposit may be requested.

Commission (Absentee) Bids

Leave a maximum bid with us in advance and we’ll bid on your behalf up to that amount, securing the lot at the lowest possible price.
You can leave bids directly via our website or by calling our office.
No additional fees apply.

Buyer's Premium

A Buyer's Premium of 21.5% is added to the hammer price of all successful bids.

Collecting Your Items

If your bid is successful and you plan to collect your items in person, we recommend booking a collection appointment in advance. This helps ensure a smooth and efficient handover — our Staff will aim to have your items ready and waiting.

While appointments are not mandatory, we strongly advise calling ahead, especially in the days immediately following an auction, as these can be particularly busy and parking on-site is limited.

Inhouse and External Postage and Packing

If you’re unable to collect your purchases in person, NLB Auctions offers a limited in-house postage service for smaller items.
